We deliver to the following non-EU destinations: UK, Norway, Switzerland, Canary Islands, UAE, and USA

Please be advised that the product prices listed on our website already include the current Bulgarian VAT rate of 20%. As a buyer, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. Payment of these charges is required for customs clearance upon delivery.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery Terms: Estimated delivery times for products start from the shipping confirmation and may be subject to the product’s production period if specified on the website. We are not liable for delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events (refer to our Terms & Conditions for force majeure events). Returns:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchased product(s), please contact us at [email protected] upon receiving the product(s) and return them within 14 days after the delivery date. Kindly note that you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs. You may choose a shipping provider of your preference, excluding postal services without tracking capabilities. For detailed information on delivery costs and terms specific to your country, refer to the information provided above.

To process a return, ensure that the product(s) meet the following criteria: (a) original tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact; (b) product packaging and documents in original condition; (c) for swimwear and lingerie, items must be tried on over undergarments; and (d) provide evidence of return shipment (e.g., email us the certificate of posting or bill of lading with tracking). If returned products show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or missing tags, reimbursement may be declined. Please note that returns of swimsuits or intimate apparel may be refused by Lotus by George Dragnev.

Reimbursements:

If you decide to return the original product(s) and request reimbursement, we will promptly refund the price paid for the products within 7 days of receiving them and verifying their integrity as detailed in the Returns section above. As reimbursements are typically processed via bank transfer, please provide your account number, bank name and address, and the account holder’s name for the transaction.
